Notice on behalf of opposite party nos.1 and 2 have been accepted by the learned Government Advocate.
Petitioner has challenged the F.I.R. in Case Crime No.392 of 2012 under Sections 419/420/384 I.P.C., P.S. Atrauli, District Hardoi, on the ground that the F.I.R. is false and fabricated.
Mr. Amit Kumar Singh, Advocate has put in appearance for the complainant/opposite party no.3 and also supports the versions of the petitioner. He has further specifically stated that the complainant did not lodge any such F.I.R. against the petitioner.
In view of above, four weeks' time as prayed by learned Additional Government Advocate is allowed to file the counter affidavit.
List thereafter.
In the meantime, it is provided that that the petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.392 of 2012 under Sections 419/420/384 I.P.C., P.S. Atrauli, District Hardoi.
