The petitioner apparently was selected by Selection Committee for appointment as Siksha Mitra.  Admittedly, appointment letter was not issued to the petitioner.

Petitioner has earlier approached this court by filing Writ Petition No.4545(SS) of 2011, in which a direction was issued that the Government Order under which ban was imposed, would not apply to the case of the petitioner.  In such circumstances, selection of the petitioner has been considered and rejected vide order, Annexure-2, on the ground that domicile/residence certificate has not been furnished by the petitioner in time.  While holding, thus, reliance has been placed on a decision of this court in Special Appeal No.114 of 2008, dated 08.9.2008.

Learned counsel prays for time to bring on record a copy of decision dated 08.9.2008.
