Sri Ajai Kumar, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent nos.3,4 and 5 and prays for time to file a counter affidavit as to under what circumstances no aid has been given to respondent no.7 i.e. Committee of Management, Bal Vihar Nursery School, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Hardoi, since the year 2010, in view of which salary is not being paid to the petitioners, who have been regularly serving as teachers.

Counter affidavit be filed within two weeks.

Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within one week thereof.
