Though the matter relates to Allahabad district and thrice time was given to the learned Standing Counsel to file the counter affidavit, but it has not been filed till date. Learned Standing Counsel prays that short time may be given to file the counter affidavit.

Counter affidavit may be filed by 7th January, 2013. It is made clear that in case the counter affidavit is not filed by the said date, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bara, District Allahabad shall appear before the Court with the records on 9th January, 2013 so that the petition can be decided.
