Rejoinder affidavit filed today, the same may be placed on record.

Sri Ashok Khare, Senior Advocate, submitted that the petitioner has appeared in the examination for Lekhpal training at Shahjahanpur. The examination held at Shahjahanpur has also been cancelled against which Writ Petition No. 21233 of 2012 has been filed which has been allowed by this Court on 5.11.2012 following the decision in Writ Petition No. 19555 of 1992 (Heera Singh Yadav and others Vs. State of U.P. and others), decided on 22.3.2009 which has been affirmed by a Division Bench in Special Appeal no. 492 of 2005, decided on 8.12.2005, which judgment was affirmed by the Supreme Court by judgment dated 2.6.2010 in Special Leave Petition no. 4623 of 2008. Therefore, the respondent is bound to declare the result.

Sri A.K. Singh, learned Standing Counsel submitted that respondent may be allowed two weeks time to declare the result.

In the facts and circumstances, let the respondent may declare the result within two weeks.

List in first week of January, 2013. Learned Standing Counsel may file counter affidavit in this regard.
