Civil Misc. Correction Application.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the answer sheets are in possession with the Registrar of the University, therefore, a direction be issued to the Registrar of the University to show the answer sheets.

In view of the above, paragraph-5 of the order dated 29.2.2012 is modified to the extent that the Registrar of the University is directed to show the answer sheets under the Right to Information Act expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
