The sole petitioner Tilakdhari Singh died on 27.12.2007 leaving behind his widow Smt. Deokali and three sons, namely, Virendra Singh, Yogendra Singh and Nagendra Singh. The application is allowed. In front of the name of Tilakdhari Singh, the word since deceased be mentioned and the name of his legal heirs Smt. Deokali and Virendra Singh, Yogendra Singh and Nagendra Singh be impleaded/substituted as the petitioner nos. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4. The impleadment be carried out within a week.
