Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.

It appears that in the present case interim order dated 21.3.2012 has been passed by the Hon'ble Dharnidhar Jha, J. and one of us (Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.) in which inquiry under section 340 Cr.P.C. has already been set up. The propriety requires that this matter may be placed before their Lordship.

Lay before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for nomination of the Bench, after obtaining the order of nomination, put up before the appropriate bench on 4.5.2012, on that date the petitioners nos. 1 and 2 shall appear in person.

Till then the arrest of the petitioners is stayed.
