Sri R.B. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 26.02.2003, this Court has passed an order in writ petition No. 3512 (S/S) of 1991, where a direction was given to the opposite parties to decide comprehensive representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of six weeks.
He further submits that a certified copy of the aforesaid order along with the representation of the petitioner was given to the opposite party on 11.03.2003. Later, several reminders were made, but till date no decision has been taken by the opposite party.
On the other hand, Sri V.K. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel submits that inspite of the information dated 11.04.2012, there is no instruction from the opposite party No. 3.
In view of above, I direct the opposite party No. 3 to comply the order passed by this Court within a period of two weeks, failing which he will have to appear before this court to show cause as to why the contempt proceedings may not be initiated against him.
Learned Standing Counsel shall also see the compliance of the order passed by this Court.
In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner shall also inform the opposite party No. 3 about this order, in writing, within a period of one week.
