Called in revised. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, I have perused the record.

Writ petition is directed against the reference order dated 27.8.1992 (annexure - 16) passed in Adj. Case No. 603 of 1990, by respondent no. 2. The State Government in exercise of power under section 4-K of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act vide notification dated 29.8.1990 has referred following dispute to the labour court:

"Kya sewayojkon dwara apne shramik Shri Devdatt  putra  Sri Nanak Yadav,  pad operator ko dinaank 12-7-79 se apne karya se prathak kiya  jana uchit tathaa vaidhanik hai? Yadi nahin, to sambandhit shramik kya laabh/anutosh (relief) paane ka adhikari hai tatha anya kis vivran sahit?

Labour court has answered the reference against the petitioner-company on merits.

Having gone through the award and the pleadings and the grounds in the writ petition, I do not find any reason or error apparent on the face of the impugned order warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution.

Writ petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is vacated.
