Issue notice to the respondents returnable at an early date.

Until further orders of this Court, the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 25.1.2012 passed b the M.A.C.T./ Additional District Judge, Court no. 7, Azamgarh shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 50% of the amount awarded and furnishes the security for the balance amount within a period of one month. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within two weeks.
