Petitioner was issued notice to engage another counsel pursuant to this Court's ordedr dated 24.11.2009. Office report dated 28.3.2012 shows that the notice sent ny registered post on 1.3.2012 has neither been received back nor acknowledge is received. Service is deemed sufficient.

List revised. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. however, I have perused the record.

Writ petition is directed against the orders dated 15.10.1988 (annexure - 11) and the consequent order dated 18.1.1989 (annexure -12) passed by respondent no. 2, Prescribed Authority, rejecting the substitution application filed on behalf of the petitioner and the appellate order dated 21.5.1993 (annexure - 14) passed by respondent no. 1, XII Addl. District Judge, Kanpur Nagar.

Having gone through the impugned order as also the pleadings and grounds taken in writ petition, I find no ground to interfere as there is no error apparent on the face of the impugned orders warranting interference.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
