Learned counsel for the applicants is present and states that since both the parties have settled their dispute by way of mutual agreement outside the Court, therefore, applicants do not want to press this application, therefore, the same be dismissed as withdrawn. An application no. 67428 of 2012 to the same effect supported by affidavit of applicant Mangey Ram has also been filed.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to file fresh application on the same cause of action.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
