Sri Ram Lakhan Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that vide an interim order dated 04.08.2011 passed in writ petition No. 1854 (S/S) of 2011, this Court has given a direction to the opposite parties to make continue payment of salary to the petitioner till further order of the Court.
Learned counsel further submits that the said interim order is still operative.
He further submits that the certified copy along with the representation was given to the opposite parties on 08.08.2011, but till date no payment has been made.
In view of above, the opposite parties were directed to comply the order passed by this Court on 04.08.2011 within a period of two weeks, failing which, failing which, they will have to appear in person before this Court on the next date of listing to explain as to why the contempt proceedings may not be initiated against them.
In the meantime, learned standing Counsel will also seek instruction in the matter.
In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner shall also inform the opposite party about this order, in writing, within a period of one week.
