Learned counsel for the appellant states that he does not want to press the second prayer of the application for the substitution of the daughters of the deceased respondent no. 2. Two sons of respondent no. 2, Sri Arun Kumar and Sri Anil Kumar are already on record as respondent nos. 3 and 4. In view of the above, the application is allowed. In front of the name of Smt. Sushila Devi, the word since deceased be mentioned and an endorsement be made that her legal heirs Sri Arun Kumar and Sri Anil Kumar are already on record as respondent nos. 3 and 4.
