This is an application filed by the petitioners to recall the judgment and order dated 23.12.2011 by which the writ petition was disposed of in terms of the Full Bench judgment dated 21st October, 2011 in Gajraj's case.

Sri W.H. Khan, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant contended that the order may be recalled as acquisition proceedings have lapsed under Section 11-A of the Land Acquisition Act.

The issue regarding Section 11-A of the Act was also considered by the Full Bench in Gajraj's case. The writ petition has already been disposed of in terms of the Full Bench judgment dated 21st October, 2011 in Gajraj's case. We do not see any good ground to recall the judgment and order dated 23.12.2011. This judgment was passed after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner. No case for recall the judgment and order dated 23.12.2011 has been made out.

The recall application is rejected.
