Petitioner's grievance is that till date mark-sheet and certificate of 4th Semester (final semester) of B.T.C. Course-2004 for the session years 2009 to 2011 has not at all been issued.

Petitioner has tried to contend before this Court that various incumbents, who had appeared in the examination along with him, have been issued respective mark-sheets and certificates, but as far as petitioner is concerned, he has been wrongly left out and no reason, whatsoever, has been disclosed. Petitioner, for redressal of his grievances, has represented the matter to the Principal, DIET, Jaunpur.

Consequently, the Principal, DIET, Jaunpur is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in the matter, in accordance with law, by means of reasoned and speaking order, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, and the decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner.

Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
