The present application has been filed to recall the order dated 19th February, 2009 passed on the appeal against the order passed by the Official Liquidator. Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that there was no order by the Official Liquidator.

Sri Subham Agrawal, learned counsel representing the Official Liquidator is required to file detailed affidavit explaining as to whether there is any order by the Official Liquidator rejecting the claim of the petitioner or not.
