Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has applied for the post of Aaganwadi Karyakatri. As per the select list, she has been given 5 marks while Smt. Mansha Devi, respondent no. 5, obtained only 4 marks still she has been appointed and both fall under the B.P.L. category.
