This is a correction application seeking correction in title part of the order dated 5.9.2011.

Following necessary corrections have been made in the order dated 5.9.2011:

A. Petitioner : 'Sanjiv Kumar Singh" be read as 'Sanjay Kumar Singh'.

B. Petitioner Counsel : 'P.N. Tiwari' be as read as 'N.P. Tiwari'.

The correction application is allowed accordingly.

Office is directed to correct the certified copy of the order accordingly.
