This is correction application no. 107371 of 2011. After perusing the record the order dated 27.4.2010 is hereby corrected by mentioning Ist Chief Judicial Magistrate in place of Judicial Magistrate-I, Gonda in the fourth line of the order.

Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
