Learned Chief standing counsel has drawn the attention of this Court towards the assurance given by Sri Sanjay Agrawal on 28.09.2011, in the matters of Ayush Doctors.  He had stated that he is making all  out efforts to get necessary funds available for the payment to Ayush Medicines also.  On that date itself, the Principal Secretary had informed  that he will have to leave this country for his pre-scheduled meetings outside the country. He is likely to come back within a few days.

List this matter on 16.11.2011 along with Crl. Case Nos. 2387 (C)/2011, 2449 (C)/2011, 2486 (C)/2011 & 2244 (C)/2011.

In case the orders are not complied with, the Principal Secretary, shall appear in person before this Court on the next date of listing.
