The issue involved in the present writ petition is similar to the issue involved in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 46652 of 2011, Smt. Radhika Devi and others Vs. Union of India and others in which Director National Rural Health Scheme/Joint Director, Medical Health and Family Welfare, Lucknow, Vishal Complex, 19-A Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow has been directed to file personal affidavit and an interim order has been passed.

On the request of learned Standing Counsel, Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 46652 of 2011 is posted for day after tomorrow i.e. on 20.10.2011.

Connect with Writ Petition No. 46652 of 2011. In view of the interim order granted in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 46652 of 2011, the interim order is being also granted in the present case.

Till then, the impugned order dated 3.8.2011 Annexures-1 to 9A to the writ petition, passed by the Chief Medical Officer, Sonbhadra shall remain stayed and the respondent no. 6 is restrained from making any payment to second ANMs from the fund of National Rural Health Scheme.
