Learned counsel for the opposite parties is present who stated that reconciliation was tried in th Mediation Centre but no compromise could be arrived at between the parties.

We have also perused the report received from Mediation Centre. The report also mentions that mediation was tried but failed.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed accordingly. Interim order shall cease to be operative.
