Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.

The contention of the petitioner is that she has been appointed as a Ward Aya on the contract basis on 12.2.2007. The contract has been renewed from time to time.

In the prayer no.1, the petitioner has challenged the advertisement dated 8.10.2011, but the petitioner is not pressing this prayer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's case for renewal of contract may be considered.

The petitioner's grievance can be considered by the respondent no.3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case if the petitioner files a representation, claiming the renewal of the contract before the respondent no.3, the same may be disposed of by the respondent no.3, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks' from the date of presentation of the representation, strictly in accordance to law.
