Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that maximum sentence awarded to the appellants is six years.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case in my opinion appellant is entitled to be released on bail.
Pending appeal appellants David & Toni convicted in S. T. No. 29/2005, State vs. Guddu @ Rakesh & others, under Sections 363 & 366 I.P.C., P.S. Talkatora, Lucknow, shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bonds and on furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
Till further orders realization of fine, if any, shall also remain stayed.
