Sri Amit Asthelkar, has accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. It has been informed that respondent Nos. 3 to 16 have been issued appointment letter and they have been assured their joining; in such a situation and in this background, office is directed to issue notice to these respondents through District Judge, J.P. Nagar, and the District Judge, J.P. Nagar shall ensure that these respondents are served to him.

List this matter 1after eight weeks on 20.07.201, along with record of writ petition Nos.20725 and 23669 of 2011, showing the names of respective counsel in all the cases, along with cause title.

On the next date, Sri Amit Asthelkar shall ensure that entire relevant record qua selection proceedings is produced before this Court. It is clarified that joining and continuance of respondent Nos. 3 to 16 in service shall abide by final orders to be passed by this Court.
