       The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner making the following prayers:

       "1.     Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct to the respondent no.2-(The Bank of India Branch Bewar, Manpuri U.P.) to provide the detail statement of loan account of the petitioner and also allow the petitioner to deposit the balance loan amount in easy instalments and till then no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner. So, justice may be done.

        2.     Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the case.

      3.       Allow the writ petition with costs in favour of the petitioner. "

      It appears that the petitioner took loan under  the "Sikshit Berojgar Yojana" from the respondent no.2-Bank of India.

      A Notice dated 14.2.2011 (Annexure 2 to the Writ Petition) was issued to the petitioner requiring the petitioner to deposit the over-due amount in respect of the loan taken by the petitioner.

     The petitioner has sent a Letter dated 17.3.2011  (Annexure 3 to the Writ Petition) to the respondent no.2-Bank of India requesting to provide the Statement of Account in respect of the loan taken by the petitioner.

     As nothing was done by the respondent no.2 in the matter, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking the reliefs as mentioned above.

     Shri Shailendra Singh, holding brief for Shri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has provided a copy of  the Statement of Account in respect of the loan taken by the petitioner to Shri Manish, learned counsel for the petitioner.

     As regards the other part of  Prayer No.1 made in the Writ Petition regarding permitting the petitioner to deposit the loan amount in easy instalments, it is noteworthy that no recovery proceedings have so far been initiated against the petitioner. In the circumstances, the prayer for being permitted to deposit the loan amount in easy instalments is premature, and the same cannot be considered at this stage.

     In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition.

      The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
