In respect of the employees of Process & Product Development Centre Employees Associating, this Court in Special Appeal No.1756 of 2010 has proceeded to dismiss the  Special Appeal on the ground that  notification has already been isued on 25.10.2007 at serial No.81 of the Notification, as per which the employees of Process & Product Development Centre Employees Association will have to approach the  Central Administrative Tribunal for pursuing  their remedy in respect of service matters.

Following the reasons given by Division Bench of this Court while dismissing Special Appeal No.1756 of 2010 , present writ petition is dismissed with the observation that petitioners remedy lies in approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India and others, (1997) 3 SCC 261.
