Delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The appellant will take fresh steps to serve the respondents who are not represented through the counsel.

Until further orders of the Court, the operation of impugned award dated 20.10.2009 passed by MACT/ Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act) Etawah in MACP No. 751 of 2006 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits ¾ of the amount awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to Court below for adjustment.

The Court below will invest the amount in any Nationalised Bank or permit the claimants (award holders) to withdraw the amount without any security in the same proportion as has been directed by the impugned award. The fixed deposit may be renewed from time to time.
