The operation of the impugned order dated 08.07.2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Ex Cadre), Court No. 1, District Mainpuri in Criminal Misc. Case No. 08 of 2011 (State v Shishupal & others) will remain stayed till the disposal of this appeal provided each of the appellants deposits Rs. 30,000/- with the trial court within three weeks.
