The then Director who after retirement was holding the post of Chief Information Commissioner appeared before this Court on 5.4.2011 in pursuance to the orders and filed an affidavit admitting that a mistake has been committed and the impugned order is directly in teeth of the judgment of Division Bench of this Court. However, since he has retired from service, the present Director, Social Welfare, U.P.,Lucknow may file an affidavit in this regard within three weeks, failing which he shall appear in person before this Court on 8.8.11
