Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel.

The petitioner  has challenged the transfer order dated 30.6.2011  issued from the office of District Magistrate, Faizabad as well as the order dated 4.7.2011.

By means of order impugned dated 30.6.2011  the petitioner has been transferred   to the post of A.W.V.N. Tehsil Sadar; whereas by means of another order dated  4.7.2011  she has been attached with him. The petitioner claims that  being  Typist  she can be  posted as AWVN and she  also posted  but she has been attached with A.W.V.N on the post  which is below  to his cadre.

Since  complete facts are not before this court, the petitioner's status  cannot be  ascertained at this stage. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the District Magistrate, Faizabad to determine the petitioner's status  and if  by means of order dated 30.6.2011 she has been transferred  on the post of  A.W.V.N. , she will be permitted to  work till a fresh  order is issued by the competent authority within a week.
