HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD, LUCKNOW BENCH ?Court No. - 3 Case :- SERVICE SINGLE No. - 4978 of 2011 Petitioner :- Pramod Kumar Respondent :- The Managing Director U.P.Jal Nigam Lko.And Ors. Petitioner Counsel :- Virendra Singh Respondent Counsel :- I.P.Singh Hon'ble Shri Narayan Shukla,J.
In terms of order dated 4th of April, 2001, passed by this court at Allahabad in writ petition No.41556 of 1992, the petitioner is seeking appointment against the vacant post of Routine Grade Clerk.
In the aforesaid matter this court provided that the petitioner has served more than 9 years. In case there is any vacancy then the respondents may consider for reappointment of the petitioner on the same terms and conditions.
Through the right to information Act now the petitioner has been informed by means of letter dated 20th of September, 2010 by the Executive Engineer that three posts of Routine Grade Clerks are vacant, in light of which the petitioner submitted a representation to the competent authority on 1st of February, 2011, but the same has not been considered, therefore, he has approached to this court for further direction, whereas I am of the view that once there is already a direction by this court, there is no need to issue any further direction, therefore, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to adopt an appropriate course of remedy for redressal of his grievance.
