List this matter after three weeks.
On the next date fixed, Secretary, Home, U.P. Government, Lucknow, shall file his personal affidavit before this Court, explaining therein, as to what are requisite criterion to be taken into consideration at the point of time when matter of relaxation of time limit of five years is considered. Coupled with this, it shall also be specifically clarified therein, as to whether only delay is the sole factor or conditions of the family in question is also relevant factor for consideration of the matter, at the point of time when such decision is taken qua relaxation of time limit of five years in the matter of grant of compassionate appointment. In case any such policy has been formulated by the State Government in this behalf, copy of the said policy so formulated may also be annexed with the affidavit.
Let a copy of this order be supplied to learned standing counsel forthwith, in order to enable him to get the order complied with.
