The case has been taken up in the revised list. None is present on behalf of the respondents. It appears from the order dated 28.8.2010 that counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.2 by Sri Rajiv Asthana.

From the order dated 28.8.2010 it appears that Sri Rajiv Ashthana has requested the Court for passing over the case as he would file his power on behalf of the legal heirs and representatives of respondent nos.3 to 5 being respondent nos.4, 6 and 7.

Since none has put in appearance on behalf of the legal heirs and representative of respondent nos.3 and 5, let notices be issued to respondent nos.4, 6 and 7 returnable at an early date. Steps may be taken by Sri A.C.Nigam for effecting service within a week by both ways Dasti summon and RPAD.
