Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
It is not disputed that the co-accused Sanjiv Kumar Dubey has been granted bail vide order dated 8.7.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.17346 of 2010. It has been submitted that the role of the accused applicant is also similar to that of co-accused Sanjiv Kumar Dubey. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case the accused applicant also deserves bail.
Let applicant Dilip Kumar involved in case crime no.375 of 2007 under Section 25 of Arms Act, P.S. Kotwali Ballia, District Ballia be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
