Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

It is not disputed that the co-accused Bhoopendra Jatav has been granted bail vide order dated 24.3.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.7886 of 2011. It has been submitted that the role of the accused applicant is also similar to that of co-accused Bhoopendra Jatav. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case the accused applicant also deserves bail.

Let applicant Pappu alias Virendra involved in case crime no.166of 2009 under Section 2/3 of Gangsters Act, P.S. Nai Ki Mandi, District Agra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
