The National Green Tribunal has been established on 18.10.2010 under the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 for effective and expeditious disposal of cases relating to environmental protection, conservation of forests and other natural resources.

Job Description

Senior Legal Research Associate on a contractual basis.

National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench at New Delhi, India.

Eligibility

  1. LL.B. with knowledge of Legal Research, Court Procedures and Environment Laws.
  2. Candidate must be a law graduate with an LLB degree.
  3. Candidate with LL.M in environmental law will be given preference.
  4. Candidates with fulltime litigation/research experience in the field of Environmental Laws will be given preference.
  5. Candidate must have knowledge of computer including retrieval of desired information from various search engines such as 880 Online, Manupatra, Lexis Nexis, Westlaw etc.

Salary

Rs. 75,000 per month which will be negotiable depending on the profile of the candidates.
