Applicant should have a good command over English Language and good Legal acumen with a willingness to appear before various courts/forums/tribunals and ability to carry out research, drafting and strategy discussions.
Nature of Work and Responsibilities
Legal Research, Drafting, Assisting, Appearing before Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Consumer Commission/Fora, Tribunals and various District Courts of Punjab & Haryana.
Eligibility
Enrolled Advocate with 5+ years PQE.
