Q1. Tell us about your schooling and early childhood?Ans. I was born in Jind, Haryana and brought up in Delhi-6. I did my schooling from JAIN SAMNO PASAK SR. SEC SCHOOL, Rui Mandi ,Sadar Bazar ,Delhi-6. I was a brilliant student and always keen to go to the school and completed my school with merit.

Q2. Are you a First Generation Lawyer?

 Ans. Yes, I am is a first generation lawyer. I overcame the difficulties being a first generation lawyer working in district courts and various courts at the trial level during my early days. So there lies a difference between a First Generation lawyer and Second Generation lawyer first generation lawyer is free from all these things.

Q3. How did you actually choose law as a profession and Why?

Ans. After Completing my graduation I was planning to do his post graduation MA but while going for taking admission I came across the Campus Law Centre at that time only I decided to Pursue law instead of post-gradution . So I can say that the choose law because destiny want me to do that.

Q4. How was your experience at Law School?

Ans. Being a brilliant student I remember that in law school from spending really good time in library and staying there for long hours sitting and reading. I made some really good friends like Nariman was my classmate. Watching movies in those time.Q5. Changes in Law School Education from Than to Now?

Ans. Now-a-days there are ample opportunities available if we compare today to those times .Moreover now a days law schools are offering easy to read study material and exposure to various personalities.

Q6. Tell us something about some Memorable cases  you have dealt in your career?

- One of the Land Mark cases I had dealt was Pavement Dwellers Case.

- Another is Bank V. Bank case it will definitely be a landmark case because in this case it will be decided whether Bank can be a consumer of not?

Q8. Strength of Indian Legal System which make it strongest Pillar of democracy?

Ans. Strength of indian legal system which make it strongest pillar of democracy is that Power of Judicial Review Which is Vested with the Honourable Supreme Court Of India. Which actually from time and now has been able to maintain faith of the people in the democracy and people belive that parliament is also below the Top most court of the country.

Q9. What according to you are the legal areas which needs to be changed?

Ans. Now we should get away with ANGLO SAXON SYSTEM OF JURISPRUDENCE which is of the time of britishers and we should get away with this and develop our own.

Q10. Suggestion which you would like to give to young students?

Ans. Each and every young lawyer and student should start with the practice at trial courts because that actually equip them with basics which are essential for over growth of a lawyer. I myself worked he district court during my early days .

Q11. Please share your Wisdom and Success mantra for young professionals?

Ans. The two success mantra for young professionals are-

(A) WORK LIKE A HORSE & LIVE LIKE A HERMIT.

(B)A TALENTED PERSON MIGHT FAIL BUT A HARD WORKER WILL NEVER FAIL.
