About the Opportunity
Spark Legal is inviting applications for a long-term internship with its Learning and Development team. This role is designed for someone curious about how transactions actually take shape and eager to build a deeper understanding of the venture ecosystem.
Starting date: 5 January 2026.
Mode
Remote.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will explore market trends, study how deals evolve over time, and help convert those insights into usable material for our internal knowledge frameworks.
This is not a transaction-execution role, but you will work closely with me to break down real transactions and understand the drivers behind each decision and outcome.
Duration
Minimum 3 months, extendable.
