Thief said that he is a a very needy person and thus stealing from God's home.
A man has stolen Rs 50,000 from donation box of a mosque in Pakistan and left a letter, stating that it is between him and the god and no one should poke their nose in this matter.
Incident took place last night in the Jamia Masjid Sadiqul Madina in Khanewal District in Southern Punjab,Pakistan.
Thief took away two money boxes where worshippers donate the funds and a pair of batteries used as backup for the power during the power outage.
The letter read as follows,"The matter is between me and almighty god. Please, nobody should try to find me. I am a very needy person and thus stealing from the Allah's home".
The letter further states that he had come to mosque once and asked prayer leader for help but he had refused and thrown him out, thus forcing him to steal from the mosque.
