June 23,2019:
Mumbai-based Hexaware Technologies announced the acquisition of US-based digital technology firm Mobiquity.
It was a $182 million all-cash acquisition deal by Mumbai-based Hexaware Technologies.
King Stubb & Kasiva represented Mobiquity on this transaction and was led by senior Partner Rajesh Sivaswamy, Principal Associate Aurelia Menezes and Divyadeep.
The firm worked with Pepper Hamilton who represented Mobiquity and Skaden Arps which represented Hexaware.
