Rainshine Entertainment Pvt Ltd invested in a Media Company and Development platform Medverve Impact Ventures Private Limited (“ATS”), according to Jerome Merchant & Partners.
ATS is in the business of producing original journalism, documentaries and narrative non-fiction content across all formats including shows, films, and digital properties. Rainshine will collaborate with ATS to offer strategic direction and drive growth.
