CK Jaipuria Group has exited from Gamma Pizzakraft (Overseas) Private Limited, by selling the owners’ their collective shareholding of 26% of Share Capital to Sapphire Foods India Pvt Ltd, which is part of Samara Capital.
The CK Jaipuria Group comprises of Gamma Pizzakraft (Overseas) Private Limited, Jaipuria Beverages and Food Industries Private Limited, Ganpatie Traders Private Limited, C K Jaipuria, and Amar Raj Singh.
DSK Legal has advised CK Jaipuria Group led by a team comprising of Partner Aparajit Bhattacharya, Partner Harvinder Singh, Associate Partner Devika Chadha, and Associate Shruti Dogra.
