74th Constitutional Day & 12th International Conference

Indian National Bar Association celebrated the 74th Constitution Day titled 12th Annual International Conference on Law & Policy Issues & 9th Annual INBA Awards in Constitution Club, New Delhi from 10 A.M onwards. The event started with welcome of Chief Guest, Hon’ble Mrs. Justice Neena Bansal Krishna, Judge, High Court, Delhi, Guest of Honour, Dr. Anju Rathi Rana, Additional Secretary, Dept of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice, Shri P K Malhotra, Retired Secretary, Ministry of Law & Justice. Shri Kaviraj Singh, Founder & Secretary General, Indian National Bar Association welcomed all the dignitaries and audience to the conference in his address.

The conference witnessed participation senior government officials, Group Directors, General Counsels, In-House Counsels, International Lawyers, Senior Advocates from Supreme Court, India, Deans & Professors of various universities, Law students, and many more. The main goal of the conference was to provide a platform to the students wherein they can get in touch with the International Law Firms and corporate sectors in legal fraternity for wider scopes.

There were 09 Panels in all wherein various topics; Jan Vishwas Bill 2023, Pros & Cons, New Mediation Act 2023 Copyright issues and many other interesting topics were widely discussed.

In the evening after the Panels INBA celebrated 9th Annual Awards felicitating the Legal fraternity leads in various sectors. Hon’ble Justice Dharmesh Sharma, Judge, High Court, Delhi, Shri D. Bharat Kumar, General Secretary, Adhivakta Parishad, Shri Kaviraj Singh, Founder & Secretary General, INBA.

The awardees included Legal Team IT, Media, General Counsels, In-House Counsels from various Corporate Sectors, distinguished Lawyers in different fields and many more.

73rd Constitutional Day & 11th International Hybrid Conference

Indian National Bar Association celebrated 73rd Constitution Day titled 11th Annual International Conference on Law & Policy Issues in Constitution Club, New Delhi from 10 A.M onwards.

The event started with welcome of guests, Shri D Bharat Kumar, General Secretary, Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad, Shri Kaviraj Singh, Founder & Secretary General, Indian National Bar Association, Dr. Harsh Purohit, Dean, Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, distinguished faculty members, Professors from various law universities and law students. Celebration started with lighting of lamp by Shri D Bharat Kumar, General Secretary, Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad, Mr. Per Oberg, Director, Swedish National Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Harsh Purohit, Banasthali Vidyapith Rajasthan, Ms. Vinakshi Singh, Senior Advisor, Indian National Bar Association & Advocate Supreme Court, India.

Post lunch the conference started with a different mode wherein we had senior government officials; Shri G R Raghavender, Joint Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice, Prof. (Dr.) James J Nedumpara, Head, Centre for Trade & Investment Law, Government Agencies General Counsels, Law Firms and Individual Attorneys, Shiv Kapur- Senior Manager, Head of Inside Sales team-Dell Small Business, Dell Technologies and many others.

INBA also celebrated 8th Annual Awards felicitating the Legal fraternity leads in various sectors. Justice Rekha Palli, Judge, Delhi High Court, Shri Kaviraj Singh, Founder & Secretary General, Indian National Bar Association, Shri Dinesh Kumar, Personal Secretary, Ministry of State for Tribal Affairs, Shri G R Raghavender, Joint Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice graced the occasion by lightning of lamp. The awardees included Legal Team IT, Capgemini, HT Media, General Counsels, In-House Counsels from various Corporate Sectors, distinguished Lawyers in different fields and many more.

72nd Constitutional Day, 10th International Conference

The conference began with the address by Sh. There were around 35 eminent speakers sharing their views at the Round Table Conference. who shared their experiences during the conference on Legal Issues Post Covid.
