The WIPO Convention came into force on 26th April 1970. In 2000, the member states designated 26th day of April as ‘World IP Day’. The Chanakya National Law University has been celebrating this day with sincerity.Hence, a national conference is being convened to highlight the contribution of intellectual property in sports on WIPO themed: “Reach For Gold: Intellectual Property And Sports”.
Conference Objective
To create awareness towards sports and IP inter-relation, protection of IP rights in sports, exploring the scope of Sports Law in academics and profession.
Eligibility
Articles and research papers are invited on the Theme from all academicians, researchers, advocates, social activists and students pursuing law or any other academic degree.
