About the Organiser
The Central University of Kerala (CUK) was established under the Central Universities Act, 2009 and has achieved significant academic growth over the past fifteen years.
The Department of Law, established in 2014 and located in Thiruvalla, offers postgraduate and doctoral programmes with a focus on Constitutional and Criminal Law. The University is NAAC ‘A’ accredited.
About the Event
The Department of Law is organising a National Conference (Online) titled “Revisiting Indigenous and Tribal Rights: State Policy, Vulnerability and Epistemic Justice”.
The conference aims to explore contemporary legal issues relating to indigenous and tribal rights in the 21st century, focusing on autonomy, justice, and the preservation of traditional knowledge.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstract: 300–400 words with 5–6 keywords.
- Full Paper: 3,000–4,000 words (excluding footnotes/references).
- Plagiarism Policy: Submissions must be free of AI-generated content and plagiarism; the similarity index must not exceed 10%.
- Publication: Selected papers will be published with an ISBN.
Location
The conference will be held online. The organising department is based in Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta district, Kerala.

- No charge for co-authors.

Registration and Submission Procedure
- Interested participants should submit their abstracts via the Google Form given at the end of the post.
- Registration can be completed after the abstract is accepted.
