Central Silk Board (CSB) is a Statutory body established in 1948 by an Act of Parliament. It is working under the administrative control of Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
Central Silk Board (CSB) proposes to engage Panel Counsel(s) to represent the Central Silk Board or its subordinate units (CSB AND ITS UNITS) before the Supreme court, High Courts, ‘Central Government lndustrial Tribunal (CGIT), Central Administrative Tribunal, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (DCDRF), State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and District and Session/Lower Courts.
The initial empanelment will be for the period of two years i.e for the period 01 042019 to 31.03.2021.
Eligible practising advocates must submit the application in the format prescribed in Annexure A” and Annexure “B” enclosed herewith, along with all supporting documents in a sealed envelope to:
